**This is a Full Time Salaried/Exempt FULLY ONSITE position! **
Basic Scheduled Work day: 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday - Friday
Essential Duties:
- Prepare accurate & timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements & management reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, & provide explanations to management.
- Prepare supporting schedules & documentation for internal & external audits, respond to auditor requests.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, & regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparation of consolidated financial reporting packages for parent company.
- Prepare & maintain balance sheet reconciliations. Perform periodic account analyses.
- Support technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos for complex transactions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and IT, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, & ad hoc financial analysis projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, & increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in system implementations, process automation initiatives, & other special projects as assigned.
.Must have Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Proven experience in finance management
- Excellent communication skills, and team player.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proven sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.ü
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
