We're looking for a Procurement & Inventory Manager who wants ownership, influence, and the opportunity to build a world-class purchasing operation.
This is not simply an inventory position.
You'll be responsible for sourcing critical products, developing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, solving supply challenges, and ensuring our pharmacy can continue serving patients without interruption.

Own purchasing and inventory performance across the pharmacy

Build and manage relationships with suppliers and distributors

Negotiate pricing, terms, availability, and service levels

Identify and solve sourcing challenges before they impact patients

Monitor market conditions, shortages, and supply disruptions

Develop inventory strategies that support growth while controlling costs

Partner with pharmacy leadership to forecast future demand

Improve purchasing processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

Evaluate supplier performance and hold vendors accountable

Manage purchasing of: o Compounding ingredients

Prescription medications oOTC products
-
Packaging materials oLab and operational supplies

Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations

Support DSCSA, DEA, USP, and Board of Pharmacy requirements

Inventory is available when needed

Drug shortages are anticipated and managed proactively

Vendor relationships are strong and productive

Purchasing costs are controlled

Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills

Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing experience

DSCSA, DEA, USP <795>, or USP <800> familiarity

Inventory management or ERP experience

Pharmacy technician license or procurement certification

Starting at $18/hour, based on experience, with growth opportunities
