We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, and providing general administrative support. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job requires some in person office but mostly work remote. Phone and lap top provided. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. We will require you to be in the office a couple days a week but not for long, just to check appliances in and out for deliveries. They are pre scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to schedule projects (ALOT)
- Data entry (ALOT)
- Answer and direct phone calls. (IN AND OUT GOING)
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
