Reservation Specialist / Front Desk Attendant

Springdale Pet Ranch is looking for an enthusiastic Reservation Specialist / Front Desk Specialist. This position is a career and we are looking for self-starting, customer-centric, pet-loving candidates. The right candidate must have previous inside sales telephone experience and also enjoy working with customers face-to-face in a busy setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservation and handle inquiries via phone and email with excellent customer service. Must have prior inside sales telephone experience.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain records and office management in adherence to administrative protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and support company initiatives.
