Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with in-office procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Take and document vital signs
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures
- Maintain and sterilize medical instruments
- Accurately document patient information in EMR systems
- Support efficient clinical workflow and patient care
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Assist with handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries, take messages, and route calls to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, records, and documentation
- Assist in taking inventory for office supplies as needed
Note: Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted or expanded based on organizational needs.
Qualifications
- GYN experience preferred
- Strong phlebotomy skills required
- Experience with EMR systems (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Spanish-speaking preferred
Schedule
- Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to office opening and are 7:30am and 9:30am respectively.
- Our office closes at 6pm, however, staff are expected to stay until the last patient leaves.
- Rotating weekend shifts are required
- Weekend hours are 10am (arrive at 9:30am) - 2pm (stay till last patient leaves)
- Shifts vary based on scheduling needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Requirements
- Associate degree (preferred)
- 1+ year experience with:
- Vital signs
- EMR systems
- Certifications (preferred):
- BLS Certification
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
