DR Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Verizon Associate to support customer outreach and enrollment initiatives throughout the local community. In this role, the Verizon Associate works directly with customers to provide information about Verizon services, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process.
As a Verizon Associate , you will help customers better understand available Verizon products, review service options based on their needs, and support a positive customer experience from initial interaction through account setup. Through ongoing training and mentorship, Verizon Associates develop communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills while working in a collaborative team environment.
Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Associate
- Connect with customers to discuss their needs and represent solutions on behalf of Verizon
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about Verizon services with clarity and empathy.
- Showcase the benefits of Verizon and assist customers with any account related issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Verizon services and to explore additional ways to enhance their experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
