Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator
Join our manufacturing team as a Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain parts inventory and stock levels
- Order maintenance parts and supplies
- Receive, track, and organize inventory
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure parts availability
- Process purchase orders and vendor quotes
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support a safe, clean, and organized storeroom
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of inventory, purchasing, or parts coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
