The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent analytical skills, leadership & training skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information to all levels of the company.
Qualifications:
- Great attitude and team player a must!
- Prior experience as an automotive sales and/or finance manager required
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights
- Experience in customer service, credit analysis and financial services
- Excellent management and leadership abilities
