What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnostics & Solutions: Perform accurate sewer and drain diagnostics using advanced tools and techniques. Identify issues and recommend the best solutions for repair or replacement.-
Sales & Consultation: Educate customers on findings, explain options clearly, and provide honest, professional recommendations that align with their needs and budget.

Project Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of sewer and drain projects.

Customer Service: Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and a customer-first approach. Maintain professionalism in every interaction.
What You'll Bring:

Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including diagnostics and troubleshooting

Proven ability to communicate complex technical details in a customer-friendly way

Experience in sales or consultative roles within plumbing or related industries

A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
