Position Overview
As a Pool Service Technician, you will be assigned a service route with multiple pools and will be responsible for water chemistry, pool cleanliness, and overall facility cleanliness. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in leaving things exceptionally clean and is able to work independently while staying organized and on schedule.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties may include:
- Testing and adjusting water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
- Completing daily service checklists and documentation
- Emptying skimmers and pump baskets
- Vacuuming, brushing, and general pool cleaning
- Blowing off pool deck areas and keeping facilities tidy
- Cleaning waterline tile as needed
- Removing trash and maintaining overall facility cleanliness
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Performing minor repairs and reporting maintenance needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
- Previous swimming pool industry experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus (plumbing or repair experience is a bonus)
Training Available
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and certify the right candidate.
Requirements

- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a background check
- Present a professional image and adhere to company grooming standards
- Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Have weekend availability
Schedule & Work Environment
- You will drive a company truck during your shift
- This position will require early mornings
- Full Time position will work (5) days per week
- Weekend availability is required, but technicians do not work every weekend (weekend shifts rotate based on operational needs and schedule requests)
- Work is outdoors and involves physical activity and working independently

Job Types

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
