Overview
The purpose of this position is to support Medicare-eligible clients by researching, analyzing, and recommending appropriate Medicare Advantage plan options while ensuring a compliant, high-quality customer experience. This role exists to drive enrollment success, maintain regulatory compliance, and meet established performance and production goals during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple client appointments daily (phone, virtual, in-person), assess needs, provide compliant Medicare Advantage plan comparisons, and deliver clear recommendations to drive enrollment decisions.
- Research, compare, and analyze multiple Medicare Advantage plans using various systems and tools to ensure accurate, client-focused recommendations.
- Manage client pipeline, conduct outreach and follow-ups, prioritize prospects, and drive enrollment conversions to meet or exceed performance and production goals
- Ensure all documentation, enrollments, and sales activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with Medicare, CMS, carrier, and internal guidelines.
- Obtain and maintain licensing, certifications, product expertise, and successfully complete required orientation and ongoing training.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Ability to learn quickly and retain complex information
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technology skills working in Office 365, Teams, Word, etc with the ability to navigate multiple systems, screens, and tools simultaneously
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple client appointments in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role such as inside sales, retail sales or in the food service industry
Pay: $20.00 per hour
