Pure Joy House Cleaning is a locally owned, eco-friendly cleaning company that’s been caring for Duluth homes since 2016. We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented people who take real pride in their work and want to grow with a team that treats them like professionals, not a number.
This is hands-on, physical work inside clients’ homes. You’ll be trusted with people’s spaces, given the training and eco-friendly supplies to do it right, and rewarded when you do.

The schedule
Monday–Friday, starting at 8:30 am. Days run about 6–8 hours depending on the homes, so roughly 30–35 hours a week. Reliability and showing up on time matter more to us than anything else. It’s the #1 thing that makes this job work.
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely proud of a job done well
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting 25+ lbs
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check (you’ll be trusted in people’s homes)
- 2–3 professional references
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
