Human Resource Coordinator
Humancare Home Health care is currently interviewing for an experienced HR Coordinator for our (Spring Valley) Rockland County NY Office.
As an HR Coordinator Bilingual Creole, you will be a vital link between our organization and our diverse workforce, utilizing your core skills in human resources and communication to support employee relations and organizational development. With relevant skills in OSHA compliance, data entry, and training, you will ensure a seamless onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records. Your ability to communicate effectively in Haitian Creole will be essential in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment within the home health and home care sector. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all hiring, onboarding and training of new caregivers
- Track, maintain, and update personnel records within the established guidelines
- Understands and adheres to state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Manage telephone calls in a supportive and professional manner
- Working closely with our caregivers for all human resource related matters.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in both English, Haitian Creole (Spanish language also would be a Plus).
- Should have Experience in home care
- Must be computer literate – HHA Exchange preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to perform and manage responsibilities concurrently in a demanding and busy environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management and all employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
