We are seeking a Cook, Prep Cook to join our hard-working and dedicated team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen. Exceptional candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and food products according to recipes.

Prepare side dishes and meals according to customers' needs.

Follow food handling procedures.

Keep kitchen and equipment clean and in good working order.

Communicate the status of the kitchen to other staff.

Answer questions about menu items.
