Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure they are spotless and safe for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties including sorting, folding, and delivering linens or guest clothing as needed.
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, or specialized equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Ensure all janitorial supplies are properly stored and inventory levels are maintained for efficient operations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with other staff members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
- Be able to do maintenance of the property and be able to manage exterior of the building including maintaining lawn, plants, etc.
- Other tasks as per directed by GM

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
