We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate should have between 1-3 years of DA experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and prepare operatory rooms
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment
- Assist with hygiene, as needed
- Taking dental radiographs (if licensed)
- Taking patient medical history, blood pressure and pulses
- Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocols and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
- Entering patient information into charting system
- Handling reception/seating/and dismissal of patients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of prior DA experience with x-ray certification
