Alongside your sales success, you'll receive hands-on mentorship from Christi Schmidt herself, learning the full scope of running an agency from recruiting and training staff, to financial planning, marketing strategies, and long-term growth management.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
