Williams Creative Group, Inc. contracts with nearly 700 designers nationwide to SHAPE ARTIFICIAL CHRISTIMAS TREES in well-known retail chains like Home Depot. This side hustle can be scheduled around full-time employment. Each assignment typically takes 8 - 12 hours but this varies based on skill, experience, size of display, etc. Contractors can work anytime the retailer is open (during a 6 day project window) including evenings and weekends. We anticipate opportunities in Lexington.
The freelance work is in early October, but we are lining up contractors now.
Compensation is determined per store, varies by the size of the display, and is based on the number of tree tips, not the time spent in the store. Pay structure is discussed in the phone interview. This is an independent contract opportunity with a remote phone interview process. A drug test is required by the retailer for all candidates (no marijuana). One year floral or visual merchandising experience is preferred, but not required.
