Allstate Auto Glass is growing! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Holbrook team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. If you have previous customer service experience in Auto Glass, Restoration, Car Rental, Auto Body or experience with insurance billing for Auto repairs this would be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, walk in and email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve any issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin or other languages are a plus)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or related field required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
