Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional boba tea experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing outstanding customer service.

Duties
- Prepare boba teas, specialty drinks, fresh beverages, and desserts with consistency and quality
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system accurately
- Keep the workspace, front counter, and dining area clean and organized
- Restock ingredients, toppings, cups, and supplies throughout shifts
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support teammates and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
- Enjoys connecting with customers and creating a welcoming environment
- Previous food service or cashier experience is preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive workplace culture
We are looking to hire full time, 40 hours a week.
Morning shifts are usually 11-6
Night shifts are usually 6-Close (Usually 10:30 during the week and 11 during the weekend.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
