Our programs — including ABA therapy, Day Programs, and Behavioral Respite care — are designed to uplift children and adults with developmental disabilities while supporting the families who love them. What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on care and encouragement to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living needs like dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in fun, engaging activities that promote social skills and personal growth.
- Document observations and communicate changes in behavior with supervisors.
- Work closely with families and team members to ensure each client feels supported.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment.
- Protect client privacy and uphold HIPAA standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- A caring heart and genuine compassion for helping others.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for healthcare or social services background).
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).
- CPR/First Aid certification is required upon hire and we also offer recertifaction as well if needed/
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Positive, patient, and committed to making a difference.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
