Job SummaryTin Lizzie’s Food Trailer is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook / Operations Associate to assist with daily operations, food preparation, cooking, setup, and customer service. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.
Responsibilities
- Set up tent, generator, and service area daily
- Put up and break down feather flags, banners, and promotional signage
- Prepare food and ingredients for daily service
- Cook menu items according to Tin Lizzie’s standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Keep trailer, equipment, and workstations clean and organized
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory management
- Break down and secure equipment at the end of each shift
Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
