Airstream is looking for a quality individual who can handle weekends as well as 2nd shift weekdays. This job will have a schedule that varies, with some on calls as well managing over phone calls and emails.
This is a field oriented position that will require checking on crews, recruiting, hiring and training.
Must have the following criteria.
Must have a valid and insurable drivers license.
Must be able to utilize phones, email, texts, and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be able to supervise crews and fill in when needed.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must be organized.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.
There will be weekend coverage with this position as well as weekdays and some on call days.
Looking for an individual with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
