Description:
The Secretary II position requires a variety of clerical and booking functions, which will require the application of judgment and the interpretation of policies and regulations. The position requires record-keeping of student attendance and dismissals, gathering data for local and state reports, familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and assisting with the daily work activities of the office as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be able to perform a variety of clerical functions and multitask in a busy working environment. Preference will be given to applicants who can communicate effectively, provide a courteous and efficient telephone manner, and have strong computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants who have a working knowledge of PowerSchool.
