Position Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly team members to join our CatchMania crew! As a Team Member, you’ll help create an awesome experience for guests — from keeping the arcade floor buzzing with energy to maintaining machines, managing prizes, and ensuring every player leaves with a smile.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Help guests understand how to play and win prizes
- Monitor and restock machines, tokens, and prize displays
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately
- Keep the arcade clean, organized, and safe
- Support event days, promotions, and social media moments (we love sharing the fun!)
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
- Be part of a team that delivers great energy every day
