Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
Lead and develop department heads and facility teams
Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement
Maintain survey readiness and operational excellence
Partner with nursing and leadership teams to achieve facility goals
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Previous skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
