Job Title: Tire Builder (Production Line Operator)
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: starting at $16, paid weekly (based on experience) + guaranteed overtime (15-20 hours of overtime weekly)
Shift: We are hiring for 2 shifts -
1st: 6am - 6pm
2nd: 6pm - 6am
Schedule: M-F, weekends off

Position Overview We are hiring Tire Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
- Operating presses
- Injection processes
- Material handling
- Quality control

- No experience required—training provided
