About You:
As a Team Member, you are a friendly and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive and
welcoming atmosphere.
- Offer tailored recommendations based on customer preferences or popular items.
- Greets customers in a courteous and friendly manner, takes orders, provides information
about menus, and looks for opportunities to up-sell products.
- Operates the cash register and receives payment from customers by credit card or cash,
accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows customer
service guidelines and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Inputs orders into the register at the point-of-sale in a timely manner to ensure total
guest satisfaction and creates a receipt for each guest.
- Assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying the accuracy of transactions and operating
equipment with peripheral electronic data processing.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
- Makes and/or presents drinks using standard ingredient(s)/recipes, practicing prudent
portion control.
- Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed, including baking.
- Maintains accountability for all food and beverages being served.
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the location daily. This includes requisitioning,
stocking, and rotating all products as needed.
- Receives inventory, moves and lifts food and beverage products and supplies; maintains
a solid knowledge of product and service availability.
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling,
dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product is maintained at required
temperatures.
- Follows all opening, closing, and standard operating procedures.
- Performs detailed daily inventory as per opening/closing.
- Responds to guest complaints in a positive and tactful manner, negotiates a
compromise, and implements solutions.
- Cleans and sanitizes workstation and equipment.
- Stores and locks up all beverages, food, and other equipment items.
- Deposits cash drop into the safe box in the Manager’s office.
- Actively participates in all team member meetings
Prior Experience:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Cashier experience in a food and beverage environment is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to read, speak and understand the English language to communicate with guests
and take orders.
Work Environment & Requirements:
This role requires prolonged standing while helping guests, reaching for product, and grasping
beverage & empanadas. You must be able to carry 30 lbs.

Work Environment & Requirements:
This role requires prolonged standing while helping guests, reaching for product, and grasping beverage & empanadas. You must be able to carry 30 lbs. This role is in an airport facility and is subject to federal laws and regulations including background screenings required by the airport authority.

Tip Structure: This position utilizes a tip credit structure under Denver municipal law. In addition to your base rate of $16.50/hour, you will earn tips through our tip pool system.
Guaranteed Minimum: We guarantee that your combined base wage and earned tips will always meet or exceed the full Denver minimum wage of $19.29 per hour for all hours worked. If combined earnings fall short during any pay period, the company will pay the difference.
