This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small groomer owned shop where your talents make a real difference in pets’ lives and their owners’ happiness. We offer W-2 competitive pay, sharpening twice a year. We are open 7 days a week. Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail trimming to pets of all breeds and sizes.
- Handle animals with care, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming procedures.
- Restrain animals safely using appropriate techniques to facilitate grooming while minimizing stress.
- Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools, work stations, and bathing areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets grooming needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in pet grooming, and safely handling animals.
- Knowledge of pet grooming techniques for various breeds and coat types.
- Familiarity with safe animal restraint methods.
- Experience working with animals that require special care or handling, including heavy lifting of larger pets.
- Strong customer service skills to build trust with pet owners and deliver exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $31.73 per hour
