Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing testosterone and wellness medical practice. This full-time position will provide clinical coverage between our Montclair, Paramus, Pompton Plains and Englewood, NJ offices.
The ideal candidate has experience or strong interest in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, and wellness medicine. Training is available for the right provider.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories
- Diagnose and manage patients on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory results
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with NJ regulations
- Perform and/or oversee testosterone injections and in-office treatments
- Provide patient education regarding hormone therapy risks and benefits
- Perform follow-up visits and ongoing monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and clinic protocols
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (APN) license
- Board Certified (AANP or ANCC)
- Active NJ CDS and DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to travel between North Jersey offices
- Professional, patient-centered approach to care

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
