We are seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health treatment center in Washington, DC. Responsibilities
- Provide mental health treatment to inpatient adult patients
- Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and support staff for comprehensive care delivery
- Employ evidence-based practices to ensure quality care
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 subject to experience

Qualifications
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health
- 3-5 year of experience as a PMHNP
- Active and valid license to practice in Washington, DC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
