We are a 4.8* boutique nail salon with a steady, year-round client base, and we are currently turning clients away-especially mornings and after 3pm on weekdays.
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented nail technician who wants to stay busy, grow and make consistent income in a clean, professional environment.

Compensation:
- 35%-40% commission+100% tips
- Short-term training support available (daily guarantee or commission, whichever is higher)
- Growth based on performance (not time)
Requirements:
- Valid nail professional license (Ohio)
- Reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and open to feedback during services to maintain quality.
- Team player (helps with small tasks during the day)

Pay: $216.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
