Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Assemblers to join our manufacturing team for 1st and 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of assembly line operations and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications on the assembly line.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documents.
- Experience working on an assembly line is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required during the assembly process.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
