We're an AI lead-generation agency for home service contractors. Looking for a closer to take warm inbound discovery calls from our Meta ad campaigns and close them on a $500 trial → $2,000/mo retainer offer.
Compensation: $800/mo base + $150 per trial closed + $500 per ascension + 5% recurring for 6 months. Realistic OTE: $1,500-$4,000/mo.
Location: US, fully remote Hours: 15-25/week, 8am-5pm ET window, self-scheduled
Responsibilities
- Take 8-15 warm inbound discovery calls per week
- Close $500 trials on the first call
- Run Day-12 ascension calls to convert trials to $2k/mo retainers
- Log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM
- Attend a 30-min weekly team check-in
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales, closing, SDR, or AE experience
- Comfortable selling to small business owners (contractors, tradesmen)
- US-based, English fluent, own remote work setup
- Comfortable with commission-heavy compensation
- Available 8am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday
- One-touch closer experience preferred
