Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes and be proficient in various concrete-related tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites. The Concrete Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects by ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
- Operate concrete mixers and other power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and curing tasks.
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools for various construction tasks, including carpentry and masonry work.
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of concrete pumping techniques and hardscape installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on the job site.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
