About Us
We are a growing commercial real estate brokerage firm with over 50 agents specializing in investment sales, leasing, and market advisory services. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our brokerage and marketing teams through research, data management, and market intelligence.
Position Summary
The Marketing Department Specialist will play a key role in supporting our brokerage operations by compiling market research, managing listing platforms and property databases, tracking renewals and expirations, and assisting the marketing department with materials and company branding initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, tech-savvy, and interested in commercial real estate market trends and business development.
This is a full time, in office position. Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
· Compile, analyze, and maintain commercial real estate market research and reports
· Track market trends, property activity, lease comparables, and sales data
· Manage and maintain listing platforms, databases, and brokerage listing services
· Monitor listing renewals, expirations, and status updates
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of property and client information across platforms
· Assist agents and leadership with market statistics, demographic research, and property data
· Work closely with the marketing department to provide research and content support for:
o Property brochures
o Offering memorandums
o Tour packages
o Press releases
o Presentation materials
o Company branding initiatives
· Support company marketing campaigns with data-driven insights and reporting
· Maintain organized digital records and reporting systems
· Assist with CRM and database management as needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in market research, commercial real estate, or related field preferred
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
· Experience with CRM systems, listing databases, and marketing platforms preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
· Commercial real estate industry knowledge
· Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Buildout, Salesforce, or similar platforms
· Graphic presentation and reporting experience is a plus
· Familiarity with demographics and mapping tools such as Sitewise, LandID & PlacerAI
· Additional Programs: Airtable, Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
