Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director for a Healthcare Facility in the area to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and email marketing.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content across platforms, including website content management systems like WordPress and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
- Manage SEO efforts utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and analytics to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Lead conversion optimization initiatives by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and Google Ads data to enhance campaign performance.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across Facebook Advertising, social media platforms, and performance marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and marketing automation tools to refine website functionality and streamline marketing workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies based on analytics insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, SEM, B2B marketing, and emerging technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a strong background in digital marketing strategies and team leadership.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Expertise in content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing social media management campaigns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize conversions through data analysis and performance marketing techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
