Duties
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and maintaining crops in greenhouse settings
- Monitor crop health regularly by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies through plant identification skills
- Support integrated pest management strategies to control pests while minimizing chemical use
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for soil preparation, planting, pruning, and harvesting tasks
- Maintain detailed records of crop growth stages, pest control measures, and environmental conditions
- Help implement agricultural environmental control systems to optimize growing conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
