As one of the largest premier authorized retailers for Cricket Wireless, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Retail Wireless Store Manager to lead one of our locations. This is not a “sit in the office” management role — this is a leadership position where you’ll work alongside your team, coach sales performance, build customer relationships, and help create a fun, winning culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a small retail sales team
- Help drive store sales and achieve monthly performance goals
- Train and coach employees through daily observations, one-on-one conversations, and real-time feedback
- Create a positive, customer-focused environment customers enjoy visiting
- Assist customers with phones, accessories, wireless plans, and solutions that fit their needs
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Celebrate wins, encourage growth, and help your team succeed
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Retail, wireless, or commissioned sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Goal-oriented, dependable, and competitive mindset
- Someone who enjoys leading by example and being part of the action
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
