Position Summary:
Enso Dental in Cupertino is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong patient-centered approach, and a commitment to providing high-quality dental care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general dentistry procedures.
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication and bedside manner.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education courses.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted California dental license.
- Proven clinical skills and experience in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in dentrix software.
- A genuine passion for patient education and promoting long-term oral health.
