American Traveler is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel assignment in Jacksonville, IL, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active IL PT license required.

Outpatient setting at a 25-bed Critical Access, Magnet-designated hospital
-
Specialty focus on pelvic floor physical therapy, treating both male and female patients
-
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends or on-call required

No floating required within this role

Cerner EMR used for charting; experience preferred
-
13-week contract with the possibility of extending to 26 weeks

Opportunity for permanent conversion following the travel contract

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Active Illinois PT license required; must be in hand or already applied for at time of consideration — license required if applicable

Current BLS certification required; AHA or Red Cross accepted (RQI AHA cards not accepted)

SSN and DOB required for consideration

Must be present in Illinois at least 3 business days prior to compliance hard deadline to meet fingerprinting requirements

Position specializes in pelvic floor evaluation and treatment across a diverse patient population

Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs required

Parking is free in any unrestricted space

Up to 5 days of non-holiday RTO is generally accommodated; requests exceeding 5 days require facility approval

Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Local candidates are accepted with no radius requirement

Former permanent or PRN employees of the Memorial Hospital System must have been away for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
