Beach Hut Deli Oceanside is currently accepting applications. We are the most epic sandwich shop in San Diego! We have THE best food, tons of craft beer, a chill tropical vibe and create an experience like no other for our customers.

What does a typical shift entail?
- Prepping and stocking ingredients for our peak hours of operation,
- taking orders via our POS system and over the phone (impeccable customer service is a must!),
- handling money via cash transactions,
- hand crafting our menu items (we have a lot to choose from! Experience or interest in cooking is highly desirable, attention to detail is a must!),
- regular housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, bussing tables, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, taking out trash),
- Most important, maintaining top notch customer service at all times and HAVING FUN!!
Typical shifts are 4-6 hours and you will be on your feet this whole time! This is a fast paced environment where a sense of urgency is required. Do not apply if you are a slow mover and don't like to multitask.
Pay is minimum wage/hour + cash tips which can bump your hourly rate SIGNIFICANTLY. You would typically need to be a server to get the same amount in tips that you will here.
