- Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding shipment updates.
- Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in ocean export.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools for logistics management.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
