Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Turnover Cleaning Technicians for the upcoming turnover season. This temporary, seasonal role involves deep cleaning vacant units between tenants to ensure they are move-in ready. If you're reliable, efficient, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to have you on board.
Pay Structure:
- Base Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Team Lead Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
- Team Lead roles are available to individuals who demonstrate initiative, leadership ability, and consistent high performance. If you show the drive and capability to lead, this is your opportunity to grow into a higher-paying role during the season.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean vacant rental units including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and more
- Perform detailed tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Remove debris and trash left behind from previous tenants
- Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues
- Work independently and with a team to meet strict turnover deadlines
- Maintain the high standards of JONES in every job
Qualifications:
- Previous professional or residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, during the turnover season
- Must have reliable transportation.
