Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic, fashion-savvy Sales Representative to join our team selling ladies' attire at Beach City farmers markets and local events! In this role, you'll be the face of our booth — building genuine connections with customers, styling and promoting our clothing, and creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience. Your personality, product knowledge, and people skills will help us grow our customer base and maintain existing one's market at a time. Duties
- Set up and run our booth at farmers markets and community events, twice a week (shifts run approximately 10 hours)
- Engage customers, help them find pieces they'll love, and guide them through sizing, styling, and fit
- Promote new arrivals and best-sellers, and confidently answer questions about fabric, fit, and care
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including pricing, discounts, and totals
- Merchandise and organize the booth/display to keep it inviting and easy to shop
- Track daily sales and restock needs to keep the booth running smoothly
- Represent the brand with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun atmosphere customers want to return to
Requirements
- Familiarity with women's fashion/apparel — you know the products, styles, and what customers are looking for
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors at markets/events and on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift 25lbs packages
- Have your own vehicle and are able to set up and break down.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, card transactions, and calculating totals/discounts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a twice-weekly schedule

Compensation
Base Pay + 10% commission on sales, plus the chance to work in a lively, social environment surrounded by great clothes and great people.
