Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Must be able to translate Quality management requirements from client in to clear, actionable roadmap
Experience with QMS in food/regulated manufacturing
Strong preference for SAP QM knowledge to understand what may be available with our existing ERP solution
Strong facilitator who can bring clarity across diverse stakeholders
Able to connect business needs to system capabilities (SAP, LIMS, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities
Align stakeholders on priority use cases (e.g., environmental monitoring/swab testing, non-conformance, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, LIMS)
Assess current processes, systems, and data flows supporting quality activities
Define a practical set of required capabilities (what we actually need vs. nice-to-have)
Evaluate how these capabilities fit within our existing tech landscape (vs. introducing new tools)
Recommend a phased roadmap with clear priorities and next steps
Key Deliverable:
Clear definition of QMS scope + capability model + tactical roadmap for execution
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
