We are a sales and development firm in San Diego expanding, and we need a Customer Support Representative dedicated to AT&T Business solutions. The Customer Support Representative will support sales communication, assist with customer needs, coordinate solutions for businesses, and help ensure every sales interaction is transparent and reassuring.
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll receive sales training on AT&T Business solutions right from day one so you can meet with businesses and provide guidance on AT&T Business’s options that fit perfectly. The Customer Support Representative will then collaborate with sales teams to maintain clear sales outreach and create smooth sales pathways during conversations.
Role Requirements for a Customer Support Representative
- Complete comprehensive training on AT&T Business solutions to provide ongoing customer support, answer service-related questions, and guide clients through solutions tailored to their business needs in the San Diego market.
- Identify new sales opportunities by engaging with businesses to discuss their high-speed connectivity needs.
- Present the value of AT&T’s dedicated business wireless plans to help companies maximize their mobile sales efficiency.
- Coordinate account activities, including billing inquiries, service updates, and contract renewals, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address customer concerns by troubleshooting issues and escalating to specialized teams when needed.
- Track customer interactions and sales progress in sales systems to maintain accurate records and follow up on opportunities.
