Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students in early childhood education. This role requires a commitment to developing students' academic skills, social skills, and emotional well-being. The Elementary School Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to ensure that each child receives the best educational experience possible.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Teach subjects such as bible, math, literacy, science, art, geography while integrating the Montessori method into daily activities.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods to tailor instruction effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns that may arise.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators in planning interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments while ensuring compliance with educational regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.

- Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for elementary students.
- Experience in literacy education strategies to enhance reading and writing skills among young learners.
