Meet with homeowners during scheduled, pre-qualified in-home appointments.

Build rapport and establish trust from the beginning of each consultation.

Ask questions and actively listen to understand the homeowner’s needs and goals.

Present personalized solutions based on the customer’s situation.

Conduct professional product demonstrations and explain key benefits.

Answer questions and address concerns or objections with confidence.

Guide homeowners through the decision-making process without high-pressure tactics.

Present proposals and pricing clearly and professionally.

Negotiate and close sales agreements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Work with internal teams to help create a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate has:

Proven experience in a sales closing role.

Experience in in-home, consultative, home improvement, construction, restoration, or a related industry is a plus.

Confidence handling customer questions and objections.

A professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers’ homes.

Must be 18 years or older.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Comfortable traveling to scheduled customer appointments.

Expected annual earnings: $120,000–$200,000
