The person who steps into this role will not simply be filling a position. They will be getting in early with a growing local company and positioning themselves to lead.

The right person will have a clear path toward becoming a Crew Lead, overseeing jobs independently, helping develop new team members, and eventually managing multiple crews or territories as the company expands through North Florida.
We are not looking for someone who simply needs a paycheck. We are looking for someone who wants to be developed and given real responsibility as they earn it.
Compensation and Growth
Pay begins during your training period as you learn our systems, standards, and the way we serve each home. Starting compensation is 20 to 22 percent per job, depending on experience and performance. As you grow into a Crew Lead role, compensation increases to 25 percent and beyond, with added responsibility and leadership opportunities across multiple jobs and eventually multiple crews.
A 90-day performance bonus is available for candidates who demonstrate reliability, quality, coachability, and strong client feedback throughout their first three months. The more consistency and leadership you bring, the more opportunity opens up. We want the people on our team to grow with us, not just work for us.

Responsibilities
Team members are responsible for cleaning luxury residential homes according to our detailed standards and client-specific checklists. This includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, making beds when included in service, and handling all client belongings with exceptional care.
Beyond the physical work, team members are expected to communicate professionally, maintain a calm and respectful presence in every home, and represent The Jax Cleaners brand with excellence on every visit.
Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or a closely related field. A reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the Beaches area are required. All candidates must be able to pass a background check.
Team members must never be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could impair judgment or performance before or during work hours. Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or any substances are strictly prohibited on or near any client's property at all times.
This role involves physically active work including bending, lifting, standing, and moving throughout homes for extended periods. A professional appearance, strong communication skills, and genuine respect for client privacy and personal property are required.

Schedule
Most jobs take place during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional additional opportunities based on client demand. Hours typically begin part-time and grow into a consistent full-time schedule as trust and performance align.
